How to Book Our Wedding Videography Services

If you’ve clicked on this blog, chances are you’re thinking about booking us for your wedding videography services, which honestly couldn’t make us happier.

We only book a limited number of weddings a year. The reason why is because we want to make sure that every film we create is beautiful and impactful, and that requires time and care. However, we love and appreciate every inquiry we get, and are more than happy to help you. In fact, if we can’t help you for any reason, we know some amazing videographers whose work we love that we’d be happy to recommend!

We decided to write this blog post just to give you a heads up on the process of booking us. It’s pretty straightforward, so this will probably be a short blog post

From our wedding film 'Malikah and Zuheir'. Malikah and Zuheir are standing behind a few plants, which are the focus of the image.

One of our favourite wedding films. Check it out by clicking here!

Step 1: Contact Us

The first thing is to get in touch with us. We prefer email, but we’re totally cool with Instagram DMs, Facebook Messages or any other way you can think of. Just a heads up - Instagram and Facebook sometimes filters inquiries, so if you haven’t heard from us in 48 hours, send us another message.

Step 2: Book a Call

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll send you our pricing guide. If everything looks good, it’s now time for us to meet. We schedule a short call to see if we’d be a good fit. As we take on a limited number of weddings a year, we want to make sure that we’re the right filmmakers for you.

Step 3: Make it Official

The final step is the contract! We’ll send over the contract (which is all digital, so don’t worry about printing anything out) and we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date.

Once we’ve received the signed contract and deposit back, that’s it! You’re part of The Curious Society.

Once you’re booked:

  1. We’ll book a short call to get to know you and your spouse so that we can tell your story better

  2. We’ll keep in contact with you throughout the time with updates

  3. You’re more than welcome to message us with any questions or anything at all!

That’s it! Are you ready to book? If so…
